Most likely food / gas passing through your intestine and definately not a sign of pregnancy not unless you were sexually active 3-4 months ago.
If pregnancy is what you are inferring / worried about then the best thing for you to do is practice protected sex the smart way!
There are alot more things to worry about than just pregnancy and the majority of sexually transmitted infections can still be passed on even with a condom. The best sexual protection is knowledge so my advice is to have a lil google time researching STI's to help give you the knowledge to choose the right guy for you.
