Growling stomach and pains?!
Question: My stomach growls when I'm not hungry and cramps come shortly after or excessive gas.
Does anyone know what I can do about it?
I dont want to make a big deal of out if it's nothing, since my doctor is pretty far away.

Have u been exercising enuff?
Have u been under stress?
Well, if u feel hungry but feel nausea when u try to eat, it's most likely gas. Get some meds, get rid of the gas and resume back to ur regular diet. Otherwise u won't be eating well or sleeping well due to discomfort and will feel weak and also the disability to concentrate on what u're doing. Could also lead to ur cramps.
