Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think she's referring to male genitals. I don't know if she didn't want to say penis or not, but I think that's what the XYZ stood for, and that's why she put quotation marks around it. Maybe she thought she'd get reported?
Sorry if I'm WAY off the mark, but that's just my interpretation. Initially, I thought it was some sort of birth control method but I don't think so. Good luck! =)
From the time I was a little one, those initials always meant "Examine Your Zipper" and at one time they were followed by the initials "PDQ" which meant "Pretty Darn/Damn Quick". That is the only meaning I have ever heard for those initials.
haha i have no idea hwta xyz means in that context but i always thought it meant examine your zipper...im pretty sure thats nto what it means this time tho
