Still no period.. Can I be pregnant??!
Question: So Ive had a blood test that was taken before my period was due and it was negative. However, now Im a week past when my period was due and Im still testing negative. However, Ive been experiencing nausea/vomiting, fatigue, headaches, constipation, gassy, frequent unrination, cramps, bloating, and very tender/swollen breasts. I never get any of these things before my period except for the cramping but the cramping doesnt feel like PMS cramping. Could I still be pregnant even though I had a negative blood test 1 week and 1 day ago?? Has anyone had a similar experience and if so, how long did it take for you to show positive??

Sorry about all the trouble your havong with this....i have had a similar experience. i took a test and it said negitive. I was still haveing symptoms though. So i went to my dr. and had them do a blood test..it also came back negitive. They said that they wanted to do a vaginal ultrasound so see if i had a cyst. So i had that done and the ultra sound showed that the lining of my uterus was very thick. The utrasound tech said that either i was a bout to start my period or the egg had been fertilized and was about to be implanted into my uterus. But that there would be no way to tell if i was only a couple of days or a week pregnant. I work at a hospitla so i had a blood test done at work 4 weeks later...and sure enough it was positive. So my advice is to wait about 3 or 4 more weeks and get another test done and have a vaginal ultrasound to check for cysts!!! If you happen to actually have a cyst...they can cause your period to be out of whck!!
