Why haven't I had my period and why do my breast hurt?!
Question: I haven't had my period in almost 2 1/2 months and I have taken 3 pregnancy tests and they all came up negative.Just a couple of days ago my breast started to hurt and feel sore around the nipple. I am going to the doctor in a couple of weeks, but I have no clue what is going on.

Breast tenderness is a sign of pregnancy. However, women often experience sore breasts on or around their period. If your breasts just started to feel tender, your period may be coming very soon. Give it a couple of days and if you still don't get your period, take another test.
If you got cheap pregnancy tests they may come up negative each time, maybe try Clearblue or a more expensive but not too overly priced one...Are you on a brth control that may limit your period at all??? Sometimes that can affect the breasts and make them tender as well.
Just as a rough guess, I would say you are pregnant. The tests you can buy over the counter are not 100% reliable, plus it is possible to get a false negative from them. I would advise you go to the doctors sooner than a couple of weeks as, if you are not pregnant, this needs checking out quickly. Good luck, and please make an appointment within the next week.
