Many people experience cramps as well as spotting during implantation, this is completely normal, and more common than many people think.
Unless you are doing invitro, there is no way of knowing that the pain you are feeling is directly correlated with implantation, it could simply be your uterus getting ready for you menstrual cycle. Good luck with the baby makin!
