Question: I'm just curious I guess, My brother (22) impregnated his ex girlfriend (21) about 3 months ago, and she told him and he got really scared, but then started to think about it and was happy he was having a child, then she got an abortion without telling him. she can do what she wants, she's an adult and theres no legal binding contract between the two so i honeslty dont believe its a question of legality. besides, is she sure it was his? theres no way to prove it now.

unfortunatly its not illegal, but then comes down to more of a moral issue, and i'm hoping for your brother's sake she has some remorse for what she has done, especially since it was his child and was done without his knowledge.
