I miscarried 3 weeks ago. When will my periods be normal again?!

Question: your period should begin 4-6 weeks after a misscarriage.
if you know your hcg levels your period should begin no later than 35 days after your hcg returns to 0.
i miscarried triplets, one on feb 19 and then the twins on feb 29, i had to have a d&c because my lining didn't shed with my miscarriage.
my level last tuesday was 15, so they are hoping that this week it will finally be 0.
you will not have a period until your hcg level is 0, because any hcg level over 5 and your body thinks its pregnant.
your best bet is to go to your dr, either gp or gyno and ask them to track your hcg levels, so you know when its down to 0, and possibly to give you an ultrasound so that you know if you had a complete miscarriage and that no tissue was left inside.
hope this helps.
