Question: My left outer labia is really stretchy and I can pull it out pretty far but my right one is barely noticable. Is this normal??

humans by nature are not symmetrical. it is normal for our right and left sides not to be perfectly matched. the labia stretches for a variety of reasons, in particular with childbirth, becoming sexually active and such. the more you pull it out, the more it will keep stretching. there's not a lot of muscle there, mostly just skin.

Everyone's vulva's are shaped differently. Some have long lips, other's have lips that are barely noticeable. Most women have different sized lips. All are normal.
Look up the book Petals by Nick Karras. He is a photographer who started out by photographing his partner to show her that her vulva is beautiful. She showed the picture to a friend and that friend went to him to have him photograph her for the same reason. It escalated into a book and is now a great source for female empowerment.

very normal, a woman's body is designed to be stretchy in that area so your baby can come out without tearing you. i would see it as a blessing if you ever plan on having children.
