When you are going through puberty and that doesn't mean just starting your period, breasts tend to get very sore. They will be like that off and on for a while. If they are unbearable sore, then you may want to mention it to your mom and have her take you in for a check up. It is just because of hormonal changes and actual physical changes of your breasts. You can take Tylenol and Motrin to help with the pain, Motrin tends to work best for that, after you ask your parents if it is OK.

caffeine can cause sore breast,tell mom and talk with dr.
tight clothing, friction due to exercise etc. may be causing it.
