I think why some small breasted women get insecure is basically jelously or not being abled to "Fill out" clothes.
Im 14 and in a D cup , personally I would love small boobs.
Btw , most boob jobs look nasty
Oh good lord, no - I belong to a gym in a posh area of Essex and in the changing room I have been witness to some of the *worst* implants possible.
I've seen ones where one points up, the other down; lumps and bumps, awful scarring, too big an implant (the shiney shiney Beckham effect) and then tennis ball in a saggy sock look where women think "I've had a boob job, no need to wear a bra now".
Urgh!!
