If you had your period while you were sleeping, would you really be able to noti!

Question: Generally you will wake up. Be sure to count the days to your next period (generally around 28 days .. give or take..) If you are worried about soiling the sheets, be sure to wear protection.

I have had an "accident" or two in my life with starting at night and sleeping through it.

Generally you don't "flood" the place on your first day anyway, so it won't be much, but watch it when you stand up!!!!! Oftentimes it rushes out because it will collect in your vagina and you have a real mess.

So be prepared with tissues on your nightstand, or wear a pad to be safe.

I am an RN

Nope.

YES. believe me when I was younger I would always seem to start in the middle of the night and I always awoke to a feeling like I just peed in the bed. If you are sexually active, the feeling is like you are so wet it is starting to **leak** I know it is gross, but the good news is that you notice.

not until you wake up

yes, i wake up. something doesnt "feel right", i go to the loo and low and behold im right lol

Depends on if you are cramping with it, how heavy you sleep, or even how heavy your flow is. Some lucky women are light bleeders and might not wake up.

Well not until you woke up in the middle of the night and feel the wetness. Believe me this has happened to me a few times and its ruined my sheets!

So I guess the answer would be No, because you only notice when your awake :)

I get really bad stomach cramps so even when I'm asleep i wake up so i always know that its coming

you are a lucky cow if you don't. he-hee.

Maybe I'm just really really weird but for me i always tend to dream about blood loss (like bleeding, cut myself, etc) and i wake up go to the toilet and got my period. I don't know why but it always happens. *freaky*
