many women have more sensitive breasts just before or during their period, so that's something to think about
when to they stop growing?
well, never....if you are older and gain weight they will get bigger
or after having a baby they will sometimes change size

You could be growing, but it really depends on your age. Usually, girls stop puberty around age 16, and it is unlikely that after this age, your body will grow any more. It could be that you are about to start your period, as breast sensitivity is a common side-effect in many women. Either way, just try to be gentle, and hopefully the pain will subside soon. If the pain doesn't go away within a week or two, I'd make an appointment with a doctor.
Your breasts can hurt from growing, hormones (think birth control or right around your period), or from little things like not wearing a supportive enough bra. I don't think breasts usually grow much after age 18 or 19, unless you start taking hormones or get pregnant. If the soreness continues, I would ask your gyno. :)
it is probably related to hormones...if you are still developing, your boobs could still be growing or they might more sore around the time you have your period...sometimes birth control can also cause breat tenderness and growth of the breast. as long as it's not a sharp pain and it is only sore, it's nothing to worry about.
just wear a supportive bra and chalk it up to being a woman.
