some women have back labor..which means they feel their contractions in their lower back
others get in their abdomen
If you are like me and water breaks, you dont feel the contractions right away.
I went to the hospital as soon as my water broke and got
the epidural. I never felt the pain of contractions.

Vagina ??? I don't know Ive never given birth but the baby comes out of there so I'm guessing it would be the vagina
Stomach but you can also have back labor which to me is worse. Why you asking? Your only 13.

I only had pain in my cervix... my labors were a piece of cake.. i am very fortunate... I didn't have pain in my back, I barely felt contractions... it just felt like i was getting a papsmear with something larger than normal.

I had back labor with all 4 of mine so in the small of my back and my butt it hurt awful
