I assume you mean 20 inches... I mean that does sound very small, but everyone is different. I think it should be fine though. Assuming that this isn't new and you've regularly been to a doctor, then I don't think you have anything to worry about. If your doctor hasn't commented on it or your weight, then relax. If you are worried about your weight as well, try checking your BMI, if you are underweight than maybe you should try a healthier and heftier diet.
