You don't need to tell anyone about it, its no one's business but hers. You should be glad your grandmother is still healthy and active for her age. We should all hope to still be getting some when we are 90!
Has grandma had a hysterectomy or uterine cancer surgery recently? If so this is why she has these things. And yes people that age can still be sexual if they so have the desire to be.
