Um...well if she doesn't have any symptoms you should not really be "concerned", but if she is older than 40 she should be getting a mammogram and a clinical breast exam once a year (sooner if she has risk factors for breast cancer).
Breast cancer is a big killer of women, so it is critically important to catch it early, when it is most curable without removing the breast.
