According to instructions - you should have your menstruation after 2-3 days after last pill of Microgynon-30. BUT in general all pills some times make a delay of the menstruation up to 7-10 days.
If you did not have your cycle you better check the following possibilities:
1. stress, emotional situations, infections, other medications
2. missed pills
3. menstrual disorders (because of pills, because of inflammation, because of your hormones, etc.)
3. pregnancy
It is always useful to know some symptoms of the pregnancy which could appear in most cases (besides missed period):
1. Changes in you appetite,
2. Frequent urination,
3. Morning sickness (vomiting in the morning),
4. Tender breasts (sometimes painful breasts),
5. Increased vaginal discharges (sometimes),
6. Other unusual feelings like sleepiness, restlessness, irritability, etc.
