Question: Right before I get my period, I go into cleaning mode, anyone else!?
A few days before I get my period I get the urge to like clean everything lol!. My room isn't like a disaster, but its not the tidiest and during this time I feel like I HAVE to clean it, it drives me crazy if I don't make it perfect!. I also always feel like I need to move my room furniture around during this time, I swear I move my bed and stuff more than anyone else I have ever met, and its really weird because like during my period and the weeks after I could really care less about any of this stuff haha!. does anyone else have a pms symptom like this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

lolz omg i thought i was the only one and maybe it was just me jeje:)but i also go into the cleaning mode when im about to get my period!.!.!.sometimes im 5 to 6 days away from my period and i dont even remember till i feel the urge to clean and dust every inch of my room and i get very peeky about having everything clean so i stop and think"hey wait a minute why im a cleaning so much" then i just realize my period is soon to be hereWww@Answer-Health@Com

its called a nesting instinct!. technically, before your period you COULD be pregnant, so its like an unconscious urge to create a nice environmet for the child!. its from prehistoric times =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
