Birth control withdrawl symptoms?!

Question: Birth control withdrawl symptoms!?
Hi:) I am 23 and was on Ortho Lo for about a year!.

I got off the pill about 1 month ago, it has been about 22 days since my last period!. However, I feel like I have been in this prolonged PMS! I got off of the pill bc it gave me horrible mood swings, anxiety, depression, and basic emotions that werent fun or me!.

However, not my body feels insane! I am extreemly bloated, fatigued, with back aches, etc!.

Ive heard that when getting off the pill some women have withdrawl symptoms, and even start extreemly late!. I feel insane with these side effects!

What did you do to cope!? And suggestions relating to the subject matter will be greatful!
P!.S!.
(Im going to the beach May 1, if I am still bloated I am going to freak out!) heh

My boyfriend and I have resorted to condoms or just foreplay since the pill made me so crazy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
to fix bloating -diurex water pills for 3-4 days before the beach event!. Be warned you will pee alot so drink lots of water while taking them!.
the crazies - give it a little more time as your body is reregulating itself!. You might try valarian and St Johns Wort as they sometimes help with the anxiety and depression!.
Body aches- hot bubble baths

*I noticed when I went off BCP my breast shrank!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My roommate went off the pill one year and three months ago, and things just now went back to normal for her!.

For example, she had her first period last week!.

You're body will normal out, but you've been putting weird stuff in it for awhile, so it might take awhile!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
