I figure if their partner likes to have pain inflicted on them it's probably okay!. I mean, there are limits!.!.!. that guy in Germany who agreed to be killed and cannibalized was not, to my mind, sane enough to give meaningful consent!. Sadism is considered a disease, part of a group of psychiatric conditions called "parafilias" which include, but are not limited to: pedophilia (arousal with children), frotteurism (rubbing against an unknowing person, like in a subway), zoofilia (animals), etc!.
So, it is a disease according to the DSM IV (THE book of psychiatry)!. And it is treated with behavioral therapy and other approaches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
