I am assuming you wash them each time of course, and that would be rather tedious depending on the amount you go through every day!. I am all for going green, but only to a certain extent!.!. and I don't think I would have time time, nor patience to do that!. I don't really find it disgusting, bu the menstrual cup on the other hand!.!.!. hmmm!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You aren't the only one that feels that way!. I totally appreciate the idea, but I just can't get myself to use them, it grosses me out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not a female however, when I was a kid and this is sort of away from your topic but mom used diapers made from old floor sacks!. Some we made into curtains!. Yes they got pretty ripe before she done the wash to which was hung out on the line and there was five of us!. Besides mom I had three sisters!. So it was like someone was always on the period!. Take the trash out and it would be full of these huge lumps of white coal!. They did not burn very good so one day I unwrapped one> not cool to do back then and at a young age!.
Now days almost all baby's have pampers nobody uses cloth and since they came out with the store bought sanitary things no women have any kind of an idea how to keep them self clean during that time!. It would make a big change in the landfills!. They always grip about the baby thing but nobody thinks about sanitary things!. The Tampon also over time clogs up the septic tank they do not degrade as fast as one thinks not do condoms!. i knew a guy who got the big D because of them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
