Wearing a bra to bed is bad mainly because of the pressure it has on your body!.
Most pj's are loose because pressure on your body can actually inturrupt the flow of chemicals around your body!. So basically its bad enough for your body to wear things like bras and tight pants because of chemicals, so you dont really need to add wearing a bra at night to your body's issues!.
Besides, you don't need a bra during the night, its not like your boobs get saggy if you dont wear one, they're just there for show!.

There is no right or wrong answer to this!. There are some claims that wearing a bra at all may cause restriction of lymphatic drainage to your breasts and increase the potential for breast cancers!. I think the jury is still out on that one!.

I personally wear a bra to bed, but this is only because I experience back pain when I wake up if I dont!. If wearin a bra to bed was so "bad", theyd teach us to take it off at night in sex ed!. Think about it now people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont know if its harmful but im sure its not the best!. First of all its really uncomfy and think about that if you always wear a bra your boobs gonna hang when you will be around 30!.!.!. sometimes you should just go without like at home, sleeping etcWww@Answer-Health@Com
