Weeeeeeellllll, let's look at your problem logically!. Your vagina and rectum are right next door to each other!.!.!. you just popped out a baby and stretched everything out!.!.!. of COURSE it hurts! Heck, I can't go number two for DAYS and DAYS after I go to the gynecologist! I mean, having someone down there with medical tools just makes it so I can't go (if you know what I mean)!.

So, the only thing to do, really, is to try a hot bath!. See if that helps you to relax some of those inner parts!. Obviously, try not to get your breasts in the water so you don't waste breast milk!. You could try doing an at-home enema, but those are kind of gross (however, that won't matter if you get desperate)!.

There are some natural things to try!.
-flax seed
-epsom salt (one tablespoon in warm water and drink it)
-warm (almost hot) water
-DanActive yogurt (it's not just a cheesy commercial, it really does work, lol)

If you can't work it out on your own, then you may need to see your doctor!.!.!.!. However, it is normal to have issues with your downstairs area (front and back) after giving birth!.

If childbirth were easy, then men would do it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not completely normal to have a painful bowel movement that long after birth, so I would suggest asking your doctor!. That's the only person who can truly diagnose you and get your symptoms addressed, especially if simply changing your diet is not helping you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds like a hemroid!. its very common in women after they have children!. talk to your doc!.
