Try Always mini pads or Carefree pantyliners!. How to use a pad: Take a new pair of panties and pull it up to your knees!. Remove backing off of pad!. Stick pad to underwear and fold wings over if it is a winged pad!. Pull panties all the way up!. Adjust pad until it is comfortable!. You can get discreet ones that are really thin but just as good as the big ones, I dont know why mums insist on buying you the gigantic ones when you get your period!

I only use those huge ones at night, or if I have a heavy flow!. The right pad all depends on your flow!. I would get a long one that is skinny!. Also, I never use a pad without wings, cuz the pad always gets scrunched up in the middle and can leak at the sides!.

Second: Put it in your underwear!.
Third: Go get a heat pad, just in case you get cramps!.

There are many out there!. They have thick ones thin ones big ones small ones long one short ones!.!. the list goes on!.!.!. All you have to do is fine the one you feel the best with!.!. no matter what when using a pad you will feel it though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
u should try "always" the thin kind that a way you dont really see it, its not the big, and its comfortable!. you can find them at walmart and they are really cheap also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
