Can anyone help me with this?!

Question: Can anyone help me with this!?
Hi there!. I'm 36 years old!. I have had insomnia for 3 months, I have major irritability, my hair is falling out when I shower, to the point where I can feel how thin it has become and my skin and scalp itch!. I don't want to sound like a hypochondriac but I wondered if anyone else has experienced these type of symptoms and has gone on to be diagnosed with the early menopause or something else!. I am hoping to see my GP soon but don't want to walk in there and feel stupid!. It is driving me insane!. The insomnia and the hair loss is my biggest problem!. I am on Zopiclone for the insomnia which work but i can't stay on these for much longer!. I don't know if it's early menopause (my mother went thru it early) or a vitamin deficiency or a hormone imbalance!. I'm desperate!. I don't expect a diagnosis as that is what a doctor is for, but wondered if anyone else has suffered in a similar way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest that you do go and see your GP as soon as you are able to, tell him/her what's been happening to you lately!. He/she should order some blood tests to see what is happening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whyhave you left it so long before you've sought help!? "!.!.!.!.hoping to see my GP soon"!? Why on earth would you feel stupid when you have physical symptoms that clearly need investigation!? Please don't dither any longer!. You need a blood test for starters, to determine hormone levels (including thyroid) as well as a bunch of other things!.

Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
