Now that Im off birth control I really want to keep track of my period and I was wondering if you count from the first day u get it or the last day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First day of full flow!. My problem is I always start in the evening!. I use 5 pm as my rule of thumb ;) If it is after 5, I count it as the next day! Fertility Friend is a great sight to help you track everything!. Granted most people on there are trying to get PG, but I have a lifetime membership, so I use it to track everything anyway!.!.!. makes it easier when I go to the doctor!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
You count from the first day after you get your period!.
Say you get it on the 14th!. You would count from the 15th with the 15th being day one!.

I'm 45 and have been doing this since I was 13!. It is the proper way!. Plus it was verified with my first Gyn at 19!. All girls and women do it this way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
