Question: What can she take to help curb cravings for coke!?
ok im really worried about my friend!. she has been to the doctor and she has a hole through her septum due to snorting to much coke, yet she still does it and is finding it hard to quit, her BF is threatening to leave and i have noticed she is skinny and aging dramaticaly, she is only 23 on Friday!. I am taking her to a CA meeting on sat as she realises she needs help and cant do it on her own i am going to help!. i need to stop to though no way near as bad as her!. what i want to ask also is if your nose has deteriated inside will it heal/grow back over time and also what can i get her to help curb her cravings for coke!? thank you for your time, we are two in desperate need and im going to crack this on the head :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Certainly speak to a doctor!. I think it should heal if you look after yourself!. To beat any craving starts in the mind and your attitude towards the substance!. It's constant maintenance of a new attitude and your reasons for wanting to get away from it in the first place!. Eat well and look after your health!. Mind and body!. Keep your mood levels up, avoid any associations to it, keep close to good friends and your support network!. Don't shut yourself off from other!. Make sure you don't have periods of time to think about yourself craving feel worse at those times!. Help others and keep active!. Less time you think about your self the better!.

Probably some medicial advice from her doc of the CA meeting will be helpful!. Keep in mind that it's her problem and that she ultimately will be the one beating the addiction with your support!. So don't beat yourself up over it all too much!. :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
