cramps frikkin suck!
take some midol if they are really that bad!.!.or like advil or iborprofen if you don't have midol!. anything over-the-counter pain meds!. will probably help!.
also, it sometimes helps to like lay in the bathtub, or put a hot cloth over your lower abdomen!. you could ask your mom to buy those like patches you put in your underwear, my friend told me those work amazingly good!.
sometimes, like bringing your legs up under you and just having your body be like "tight" helps!. i know when i have cramps i have to move a lot or else they just get worse and worse!.
and best of all, if you can fall asleep, then do it! sleeping through the cramps is one of the best things ever!
remember, eat lots of fruit and veggies, and drink lots of water! avoid the unhealthy foods, you will only feel sick!. and don't try ANY vigorous exercise!

Am so sorry to hear about that!.
Drink alot of water it will help your muscles relax and increase circulation in your body!. Later, if you get the chance take a nap and get some rest!. A warm compress should help also and don't have anything hot for awhile!.

The best thing i found is to take excedrin!.!.!.i dont know what it is but it is the only thing that works for me!. Also try a heating pad on your stomach it helps alot!. Try to lay on your back straight not on your stomach, and definatley not curled in a ball it will make it worse!. wet a washcloth or a towel with hot water or put it in the microwave and put it on the areas that hurt!. that ALWAYS works for me, its soothing for some reason!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
