I got my period for the first time two months ago!. It's happened three times, plus lots of spotting!. So I'm wondering at the doctors will I have anything new!? I'm having a physical done so what should I excpect!? I don't want any shots!. I'm 12!. My mom hasn't gone any with me forever!. So what should I epect from doctors!? And I was wondering can they help you with tampons or no!? B!.c I don't want them touching down there but I want help!.!.!.So yeah!.!.!. btw!. can they tell if its heavy or light!? tell me what to expect!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone is different!. Sometimes your period may be spotty or you may have irregular period for the first few time!. It's normal!. Your body will finally work itself out!. Talk to your doctor that is what they are there for !. Trust me they have heard it all!. As for tampons, it's pretty easy to put on in!. I suggest that you use the teen tampon!. They are extra slim!. just relax as you grow into a woman you need to get checked out the doctor can tell you how to use a tampon and help you out but they have to touch you if you get an exam it is normal you want to make sure your healthy right!? so good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
