How can i get my boobs bigger?!

Sorry, but their is no proven natural way to increase your size, no matter what some commercials say!. And even though certain chemicals can have this effect, you should never mess up your body's natural chemical process!.
There are many methods that people claim will help increase your breast size; push-ups/bench press (does not increase breast size, but will make your chest look fuller), eating fatty foods (releases hormones, and adds fat, the stuff that breast are made of, but this will also add fat everywhere else)!.

If you can learn to love your breast just the way they are, and be confident with who you are; you will get more attention, and your beauty will show through, more than all the padding in the world could do!.

The only fast way I can think of is to retain water and get bloated!.

But the downside is that the rest of you looks bloated as well!.

I don't think any pill is going to have a fast affect!.

You could do exercise to increase the size of your pectoral muscles in your chest!. It won't increase the size of your actual breast tissue, but the muscles will push your breasts out and make them appear larger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can try to do exercises and work the muscles around that area!. Some pushes might be good!.

Okay, clasp your hands together in front of your face!.
Keep your elbows up so it is somewhat straight across!.
Try and squeeze, not your hands, but your muscles near your chest!.
It may take you a little while to find the muscles to use them but when you do, squeeze them!.
Then let go, squeeze, let go!.
Don't hold it squeezed because that won't work!.

there isn't reli a way to get ur boobs much bigger any quicker than they want to grow, massaging them with an oil may encourage breast tissue to enlarge, but otherwise i can only reli suggest finding a good bra, with a decent amount of padding, i really like the ones from Primark, there only
