You probably did bleed but did not come out as much because you were laying on your side and the blood is actually just laying in your body, Have you notice that as soon as you get up or enter the shower, or sit on the toilet that your period is suddenly heavy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yeah it's normal!. You are not moving around as vigorously at night, and you are laying down as well, so the blood does not "drain" out of your body as fast/easily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
