Question: Is is normal for your body to be sore after sex!?

I had sex friday!.!.!.!.!.before that it had been like a little over a month!. Today my whole body is basically sore, Its always like this a couple days after I have sex!.!.is this normal!.!.does that mean I need to work out or my body doesn't get enough stretching or could I possibly have arthritis(my mom has it)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yep that's normal sex involves you using muscles you don't normally use, that's why you ache :( No pain no gain!.
