Answers:
I'm sure you have heard this but just a review,
Don't use any scented products
Change pads or tampons frequently
Keep your groin area cool & dry
If your legs rub together or sweat, use powder or deoderant on your inner thigh!.
Wear Cotton (breathable) underwear

Other considerations: Are your periods longer than normal!? Maybe a Birth Control Pill would help, most decrease length or frequency of periods!.
Some eliminate periods!!! Ex!. Depo Provera (shot)
Sesonale (1 period every 3 months)

Are you sexually active!? Maybe your partner is giving this infection back to you, he would need treatment too!.
If it's only after a period, try the Depo & get rid of the periods for a while & see if it helps!.
Good Luck!
Oh yeah just though of this one!.!.!. Make sure all your underwear are washed in HOT water!. Most people use COLD on colors or delicates, but you need HOt water to kill the germs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you use the summers eve often!? Because that can be the culprit you have a natural cleaning system in your body that takes care of itself, after your period and when u use other chemicals you are washing your natural defenses!. You should drink plenty of water and "cranberry" juice, it will work wonders!. Use pure cranberry juice, the acidity will help kill bacteria!. Be patient and let your body do what it has to do it was designed to do so without the help of any products out there!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you ever tried NOT douching!? Its very well known, though not taken seriously, that you're not supposed to douche!. It gets tempting because of the clean feeling, and at times of infection you want to just get everything out from inside of you!. But my doctor once told me that douching actually kills helpful bacteria as well, and suggested that that's why I was not helping my reoccurring UTI's and YI's heal!. Your body needs bacteria to fight other types of bacteria as well!. It took a few weeks, but after I stopped douching, I noticed a great decrease in the length of time of my infections, and the symptoms!. Now they are almost gone completely!.

Everyone's body is different!.!.!. just telling you what worked for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
