Can u go swimming if u have ur period?!

well you cant go swimming with a pad on, it would come off and float away like a band-aid!. tampons are the best to go swimming!. you could possibly not wear anything, but if you did happen to leak in the water it would be embarassing!. i would just suggest to wear a tampon or not go swimming!. good luck (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to wear a tampon!. if you leaked in the pool the pool would have to close down for anywhere from 30 minutes to the rest of the day depending on your area's health department!. so please if you are going to swim while you are on your period, save your self the embarrassment and everyone else's health , and just wear a tampon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
