Ok, so where I live its really really REALLY hot out today, and my friend invited me to her pool, but I'm on my period today, and i NEED to swim but I cant in case tht happens, and before you say try tampons, heres the problem: They dont fit cuz well, im too small for them!. What do I do!? I need to swim its way to hot even inside a house with AC!. pls help!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are mini Tampons you can get that are very small for smaller girls!.!.!.!.also something I've done before is actually wear a pad in your bathing suit and put swimming shorts on over your bathing suit bottomWww@Answer-Health@Com
I have the same problem im too small 4 tamapons! u can buy mini tampons from the shop i always do when i need to go swimming!. annother thing you can do is take a shower befor you go in the water sometimes hot water can stop bleeding!.
at some stores u can also buy these pads that you can swim in without leaking put one of them on and put shorts over the top!.

You need to wear a tampon when you swim, pads very more often then not don't work, they'll absorb all of the water and they may even become unattached and will float next to you!. They sell smaller tampons i'm sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
