Personal question- an inability to orgasm?!

Question: Personal question- an inability to orgasm!?
Hi, I've been sexualy active for a few years now on and off and I'm finally with a loving partner that I find very attractive!. Although sex is fun I never seem to really enjoy it!. It feels great for a bit and the goo feeling builds and then suddenly dissapears leaving me frustrated, and unless I carry on and pretend to enjoy it- him too!

We're both pretty inexperienced and I was wondering if anyone could ofer advice on how to solve this!?

(additional detail I'm 19 and he's 22 and we've been dating for about 9 months)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Very normal!. Thrusting alone (and foreplay) won't make a girl orgasm!. First, try masturbating on your own and see if you orgasm that way!. Figure out what it is that gets you over the edge (for most women, stimulation outside is needed)!. Have your guy touch you how you did on your own and also find a position (such as girl-on-top) that lets you grind on him and move the way that feels good for you and see if this works!. It's also sorta mental, so if you relax, might help a bit too!. If one or both of you get close but don't orgasm, that's ok!.!.!.!.sex takes practice and will sometimes be unsatisfying or awkward even if you and the guy like each other very much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try some different positions, one in which you can actually reach your clitorus, try stimulating yourself while he is thrusting, alot of women have this issue and as stated before most women cannot orgasm off penetration alone, they need some sort of clitoral stimulation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you just need to relax a bit more hun - try to guide your partner more also - don't be shy with him!. Maybe yr trying to hard - just relax and things will happenWww@Answer-Health@Com

How about trying a girl to see whether you would enjoy it better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

keep practising and relaxWww@Answer-Health@Com
