there's a certain way that you can tell!.!.!.!. you have to go to the bathroom and
#1!. sit on the toilet
#2!. put your hand near your vagina
#3!. with a clean index finger put it on/in you vagina,
#4!. bring your index finger back up toward your face,
#5!. look at it
#6!. if the liquid is red, it's pubic blood
#7!. if the liquid is egg color, it is cervical mucus

You can't just tell if it's cervical mucus or blood that you're feeling!.
My advice would be to wear a pantyliner every day just to be sure nothing soaks through, and check during lunch if you think you might be having your period!.
If you still get a little freaked out and decide to check during class, they'll understand!. They've all gone through the same thing [all female teachers, at least]!.
You could also ask a friend if there's anything on your pants!. If you're uncomfortable with that, just tell them you think you sat in a puddle or something!.
Best of luck!

My only suggestion is that you wear a panty liner everyday and then when you have a class change or when you can go to the bathroom, put in a tampon or switch to a pad if it is your period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
