Answers:
Waxing is a much better way to go, shaving can cause ingrown hairs, which are the red dots you described!.
I think the hair is long enough to be waxed, but I don't know why it doesn't come off, it happens to me too!. Try soaking the hair in lukewarm water for a bit, to make it softer and easier to grip!. The pat the area dry!.
After the strip is put in place, gently press it in a bit, just to make sure the wax is on!. Then wait a minute!.
That helps a little bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure your razor is very sharp and use shower gel made for sensitive skin!. You can also use Bikini Zone, which is an over the counter cream you can use to help!.

I personally find Nair to be the best way to keep from getting red spots:)

Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

i've never shaved/waxed there but i know that NOT going againsts the grain causes less irritation!.

go downwards instead of upwards!.
when you go upwards, since the hair is very thick, it irritates the skin very easilyWww@Answer-Health@Com
