Yeast Infection.?!

Question: Yeast Infection!.!?

I have been seeing questions and i think ive got a yeast infection now!. Im 13, can this happen!? I Get whiteish discharge, it smells a bit and then i get an itchy fanny often!. But i thought the reason for an itchy fanny was just from shaving!.
