Question: Has anyone had this happen!?
I went to the gym today - as I have done for the past 3 months, and did exactly the the same programme as has I have before !.!.!.!.!.!.!. but after 25 mins I started to feel realy sick and dizzy and had to stop!.
Why did this happen!?

its normal, lactic acid from your muscle built up really quickly
so your body decided the quickest way to get rid of the acid is to throw up, but luckily u only almost did!. u were most like sitting down for a long time then started to quickly work out but even if that's not the case there's nothing wrong with you!. trust me I'm a high school health teacher in Minnesota!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be a number of reasons!. If you've been really tired and not getting any sleep lately, that could happen!. If you haven't been drinking enough water, if you haven't been eating right!. Just don't fret about it!. Just take care of yourself and if it happens again and your really worried, just go see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It could be the way you slept!.
If you didnt have enough food that day!.
If you got up to fast after doing something!.

How did you sleep the night before!? Were you feeling badly when you arrived at the gym!? You probably just had a bad day!. Don't worry about it!. Your next workout probably will be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
