I had a laparoscopy and they told me 4 weeks!. I would think a D&C would be worse than that!.!.!.!.so I wouldn't say less than 4 weeks!
Some sources are saying bleeding should stop after 10 days & you can start having sex after that or 1 week after that, which wouldn't even be 3 weeks total!.
But then I also found this:
"You will visit your doctor about 4 to 6 weeks after surgery!. Your doctor will discuss problems or concerns you may have, including when you can have sex!."

It might depend on WHY you had it!.!.!.maybe you should call the doctor to be sure!.
