Get the ones that hook in the front!. Slip out of the straps and pull it around so you can get to the hook!.

If you are a guy, use two hands!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

squeeze the clasp together so it unhooks!. like slide the hook and the ring apart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Um, You unclip it in the back and slide it off!.!. it's really not that hard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
