Question: Whats going to happen!? i just started riding a bike!?
I just started riding a bike and im going to probably ride 1!.5-2 miles a day
for
3-4 days a week
im not that skinny and its kind off hard to ride!.
but if i ride it like im tellein you how much weight will i lose
and what will change!?
(will me legs get bigger)!?
(will my stomach shrink)!?
(will i get a bigger butt)!?
ETC PLEASE HELP! i want to know if this is good

bike riding is great for the body, it tones alot of muscles like abs, thighs,butt, and can be great cardio if you going fast enough!.
i cant say how much weight you will lose since i dont know how much you want to lose or how much you currently weight but i know biking gets you in great shape if you are persistent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My dads legs just got alot tighter, but his stomach didn't get smaller atall, because it's basically just working out your calves and thighs, and your heart too!. But your legs will get tighter, your butt, probably wont change much, and clearly, your stomach will stay the same!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you will probably get amazing legs, but your better off balancing it off with upper body weights, and core exercises like leg raisesWww@Answer-Health@Com
