i need to lose 2 pounds in 1 day!!!!!! not ajoke!!! this is serius! PLEASE HELP! i dont care if its unhealthy and i dont care if its gunna ocme bak bu i need the scale to show that i lost 2-3 pounds and it has to stay like that for at least 5 days!. um go on a crash diet for that day, just a little water (i dont usually recommend this but you need it)

run like hell on a tread mill and drink like a quarter of the water you need!. constantly be on your feet, and only eat a tiny meal before lunch and before dinner, do this for 2-3 days, it should helpWww@Answer-Health@Com
try using the bathroom ALOT!!!!! try milk of magnesia!. it makes you go #2 within minutes!. alot too!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink very little water and eat plain lettuce and a handful of nuts in place of meals
