Question: Why do i get nervous and stressed out when i get my period!?

I start my period 2 weeks ago but its over!. and everytime i eat i get nervous im gonna chok!. I went to the ER yesterday and they said its my first time and my hormones are goingCRAZY!! And its also my mind because im thinking about it!.!. Well!.!.!. i did good latley but i stil have the feeling of choking but if i dont think about it im ok!.
and i've been really stressed out latley since i have my period is there any ways i can calm down to help me NOT BE NERVOUS AND STRESSED OUT!?!?!?

2!. You have an anxiety disorder, and it's getting worse when you have your period!.
In any case, just try to relax!. Freaking out only makes it worse, I promise!. Do something relaxing, like give yourself a facial (you can get masques at Wal-Mart for like $1!.69 for one pack), listen to calming music, do yoga, or go for a walk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's normal!. You're having Pre Menstrual Syndrome!. You need to balance your diet!. Have a good rest!. Sleep on time!. Don't do over sleeping!. Do exercise!.

its a psychological thing!. Maybe taking a placebo tablet it will trick your brain into thinking that your not choking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
