How can I get rid of my belly flab?!
Question: How can I get rid of my belly flab!?
!.!.!.!.!.and get skinner thighs!? My thighs are huge and my belly is outta shape!. I am willing to commit!. Do you have anytips that you do stay in shape!.
If I run a treadmill for about an hour a day and stop eatting sweets all together how long do you think it will take me to see results!?

Diet and running will help, but you really should try a good weight training program along with that!. When you build muscle your body burns more calories throughout the day!. Many women are under the impression that lifting weights will make them big and bulky, that is not the case!. If you do light weights and go from exercise to exercise with very little or no rest in between, you will actually burn more calories then you would running while building muscle at the same time!.
Example: Do a set of 15-20 body weight squats, then do 25-30 crunches, then do another set of squats!. Do 3 set of each exercise!. After that you could do a set of leg curls, then immediately after do a set of leg extensions x3 sets each!. This strategy keeps your heart rate up and allows you to burn a lot of calories and build muscle!. I'd buy a book with exercises in it so you have plenty to work with!. While one muscle group rests you should be working a different group!.
Also, eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones!. That keeps your metabolism going and you burn more calories throughout the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

crunches!. but the reason for belly flab and huge thighs can mean that you got you extra layer of fat!. once you have your period, you get an extra layer of fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When I work out I do 30 crunches then do 15 bicycles (circling your legs and bringing your elbow to you opposite knee) then 10 crunches all in a one set!. It gives are really good ab work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
do crunches for yout stomach!. my mom lost 5 pounds in three months running on a treadmill in like 3 months!. but it also depends on the food you eatWww@Answer-Health@Com
