Question: Has the Nuvaring killed anyone's sex drive!?
I've been on the Nuvaring for over a year, It has totally killed my sex drive!. Has this happened to anyone else!? What have you done to bring it back!? aside from changing birth control!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All hormonal birth control can have this effect, and changing to the pill or something else, may not help matters!. Sorry, but you'd probably have to change birth control
Think of it this way!. Do you really need birth control if your reaction to a proposal of wonderful sex is "Hmm!. Sex or laundry!? Both give about the same level of thrill!."
I swear, the pill and all its progeny have killed more marriages and doctors won't even admit it! But I have personally gone on and off the pill twice for this very problem, and not taking the pill any more solved the problem in a few weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I, being a guy, don't exactly know first hand!. BUT, I do have a lot of girl friends who use this and it hasn't caused them any problems!.
My ex used it as well, and it never gave our intimate love life problems either!. I think, as with all bc, there are different effects on different people, it varies from person to person!.

I haven't had any problems!. What a bummer!. Eat some chocolate!? It releases endorphins, but otherwiseI don't know!. Usually if this happens with birth control doctors recommend switching!. I don't know any remedies since it's your hormones!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
