I get my period only about 3 times a year why?!
Question: I get my period only about 3 times a year why!?
for about the past two years i get my period like every 3-5 months!. My gyno said it was becuase i am overweight!. she says that its normal !.!.!.im not sure though!. I am 19 and about 4 months ago i weighed 340lbs!. now i weigh 285lbs and im still on a strict diet in hopes to get to a weight goal of around 150lbs yes i have alot more work to do!. Does anyone know at what weight i might start getting my period again!.!.this kinda freaks me out!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hard to tell, it depends on your body!. For now, I would count yourself lucky to have fewer periods and enjoy becoming healthier!. Buy clothes that look pretty at each step along the way and do exercise that you enjoy and eat healthy foods you love!.!.!.!.!.it's awesome that you are working towards your goals and all the best with it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
