but after the first one or two times it doesnt hurt at all!.

No such thing as a 'small hole'!.
The vagina is made of muscles designed to stretch apart wide enough to accommodate a passing baby!!
A baby is a lot bigger than a penis or a finger!.
She needs to relax, she is probably tensing the muscles too much!.
Don't do it with her until she is emotionally ready!.
Kiss her and maybe perform oral sex on her for a while to get her into it and more relaxed rather than trying to just ram anything in!.
